A little more about me……
I am a practicing attorney and my firm is based in Dana Bay (Mossel Bay) – Western Cape.
Before relocating to Dana Bay, I practiced for my own account in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.
I have the advantage that, before I became an attorney, I have been employed in the retail sector in senior management level for many years. This knowledge and experience assists me enormously as an attorney in my daily resolving of problems for my clients, especially human resource/labour, family, debt collection, civil and commercial matters.
I am also an accredited Mediator at the LSSA, therefore able to conduct Court-Annexed Mediation as well as non-court-annexed mediation. Mediation assist parties in reaching an amicable solution at a fraction of the costs, should the matter follow the normal litigation route.
